Building strength and flexibility, my Dynamic Vinyasa Flow yoga classes focus on a flow of movement with your breath. This is your chance to let go of daily stress and focus on meditative motion. I encourage you to work at your pace, offering alternative poses to suit you. Here, you can tune into your body and get out of your busy mind
We are all unique, from our bone structure to our elasticity. These classes challenge you physically while offering options to suit your level.
Based on the same Vinyasa Flow principles, Smooth Flow takes it at a slower pace to nurture your body and relax the mind. This class gives you space to focus on your breath and movement through a sequenced selection of poses with variations for all.
With a more relaxed pace, we tap into the practice of 'Pratyahara', focusing inwards and releasing our grip on the external world.
Start your yoga journey with Beginner Vinyasa Flow yoga classes designed to meet your unique needs, with options to adapt poses for a tailored experience. Learn the basics in posture and breathing techniques, grow in confidence and make your practice your own.
Harnessing the power of Vinyasa yoga, you’ll delve into a sequenced beginner yoga practice that helps to ease aches and feel ‘in the moment’.
A form of yoga that’s gentle on the body, this is a more restorative class which blends pranayama (breathing techniques) and deep, slow stretches. Here, we ease into positions and take it at your pace in a way that feels good for your body and doesn’t strain the muscles or ligaments.
The beauty of this mindful movement and breath is that it also works wonders to alleviate stress and soothe overworked minds and bodies by calming the nervous system.

Why I teach Vinyasa Yoga
In my years as a yoga student and a teacher, I’ve seen the transformative power of Vinyasa come to life. A strength-building, flowing form of yoga, it challenges your body regardless of your level, simultaneously giving you space to understand what’s going on inside, physically and emotionally. I believe in a ‘your body: your practice’ mentality. Vinyasa is a path to a flow state where you can feel a true homecoming, body and mind.
