Online Beginner’s Course

Start your yoga journey with expert guidance and support, in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Designed to meet the needs of beginner yogis or people looking to refresh their skills, this gentle 4-week course prioritises foundation Vinyasa techniques in poses and breathwork.

We’ll explore foundational postures, healthy alignment and connected breathing in a safe space. A mindful, relaxing experience with options to work at your level and physical ability, this course teaches you the skills to start a lifelong journey in yoga.

Soul Soothing
Evening Re-Treat

Nourish and restore on a deeper level in a slow, meditative Candlelit Evening Class. Designed to help you let go of the day and explore movement and breath at a relaxed pace, this class allows you to get curious, find your flow state and relish the moment.

The first hour eases your body and mind into the practice with stretchy, soothing yoga movements, helping you focus on any niggles and areas of tension. As the class moves on we’ll flow into a slowness with longer-held restorative postures, supporting the body throughout on cushiony bolsters. We’ll finish in a long moment of complete stillness, pranayama breath practices, Yoga Nidra and meditation.

    • Friday 29th November 7-9pm 

    • Special Early Bird price - £30 (for all bookings up to 8th November). Thereafter - £35
