A relaxed timetable guides you through your experience, with daily dynamic and restorative asana, pranayama and a nutritious, seasonal vegetarian menu. At the end of the day, let go in peaceful natural surroundings, walk by the river, roam the beautiful grounds, or find a spot to relax on the roof terrace or a meditation pod. For those who want a little more, optional extras include aromatherapy massage or reflexology.

    The retreat venue is a stunning luxury house on the banks of the River Thames in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire.  

    The nine bedrooms are finished to the highest standard with luxurious single beds, beautiful décor and underfloor heating. The bathrooms are generous with marble surfaces and Italian fittings.  

    Relax and unwind in the stunning natural surroundings, walk by the river, enjoy quiet contemplation in the extensive grounds, roof terrace or meditation pod.
